Our sessions will involve a bit of introspection, a dash of learning, and a lot of implementation.

You will work with me to examine your life, identify sources of stress and alleviate them. Along the way, you’ll learn techniques for reducing stress focusing on the 3 core areas from my Stress-Relief Triad as well as filling your wellness toolbox with tools that work for you. 

You’ll learn to use my 3×3 framework to filter a lot of stress out of your life and to support yourself in being a person who can handle other stressors in a healthy way.

There’ll be learning and discussion, introspection, and plenty of opportunity for you to experiment, practice, and ask questions.

I work with clients one-on-one on either yogic practices or stress relief practices.

You can choose to focus on stress relief coaching, yoga nidra, meditation or yogic practices, or you can mix and match.

Whatever you choose, I will guide you in finding the calm within yourself.
