Hi, I'm Sandy Fowler. I've enjoyed these guided mediations since 2013 and it's changed my life.
My journey began in 2007 when I used simple strategies for time management and a deep dive into priorities to reclaim my life. I helped a lot of women get off the hamster wheel and enjoy life more using these same strategies.
Then I discovered yoga nidra meditation, a beautiful guided mediation that allows your body and mind to rest and rejuvenate. The best part…all you have to do is lie down and listen. That was key for me because I’d tried meditating and ended up even more stressed.
Yoga nidra was different. It was easy to do so it didn’t stress me out and it showed me the difference real rest makes in me, my life, and my relationships.
When I first experienced yoga nidra I didn’t know it was a meditation practice. I attended a session and I loved it! It was so simple, all I had to do was lie there and listen. And when I was done I felt calm and rested.
I started practicing regularly and fell deeper in love with it.
I began to notice differences in myself and saw how this was impacting my relationships and my work. The changes were beautiful and I wanted everyone to experience this so I became a certified guide.
That’s when the fun really began! I started leading my stress relief coaching clients in yoga nidra after their coaching sessions. The feedback was incredible and hearing the peace in their voices made my heart sing.
My clients asked for more. They wanted to experience my guided meditations late at night when they couldn’t sleep, starting off their day, or during that 10 minute space in their busy day. Thus Simple Peace was born.
